Graham is a prolific worker, spending up to 15 hours a day in his studio. His lifestyle could be considered eccentric and in recent years he has Become reclusive and attaches great importance to his private life. Graham is represented in many important private and public collections in Europe and the USA. Amongst some of the people/companies to own Graham's Work are Robert De Niro, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Jordan, Christy Moore,Colin Farrell, Michael Stipe, Bertie Ahern, Joanna Lumley, Swiss Bank Corporation ING Baring Bank London, Allied Irish Banks, Ireland/USA, Goldman Sachs International and Saatchi & Saatchi London.

Graham Knuttel chose The Dixon Carpet Company (formerly VíSoske Joyce Ltd) after working with the world famous house of Pinton in Aubusson France on his tapestries he wanted to work with an Irish weaving house that also has a world wide reputation for quality in weaving and color definition in wool, linen, and silk as they have worked with some of the most famous designers in the world, from Philip Stack to Ettore Sotsass. In Ireland with Patrick Scott, Patricia Jorgensen, Mary Fitzgerald, Louis Le Brocquy, Terry Dunne, Patricia Murphy and many other designers who have not only commissioned works, but have developed new techniques and textures for this international world class product. Dorchester Hotel in London to The Rulers of Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Bahrain, Dixon carpets adorn 50% of the largest yachts in the world as well as private Boeing 747s. American and Irish Embassies worldwide, including London, Paris, Brussels, Prague, New York, Washington, Rome and Riyadh all proudly house Dixon carpets. The new carpet designs fabulously depict the very essence of Knuttel's new works with the colours bursting in multiplicity of possible stories, interpretations and views. The collection of new blends of Linen, Linen/Wool, and Wool/Silk combine using exacting technology to achieve these luxurious, stunning limited edition works of art for wall or floor.
